Choose Carrier Sort
Pick the way to sort the carriers available for calls. Based on the sort criteria, CallWatch will order the list of long distance companies from best (on top) to worst.
Choices from pull down menu:
lowest rate
select the carrier based on which one has the least expensive rate for the current call (default)
' greatest total $
select carrier based on the one having the greatest current total dollar balance between all call types and call times.. Use this setting to build large balances for volume discounts, promotions, etc.
' lowest total $
select carrier with the lowest total dollar balance. Use this setting to distribute business evenly across all carriers since the carrier having the lowest balance will change between carriers as new calls are made.
' greatest total minutes
select carrier having the greatest total number of minutes. Use this setting to default to a favorite carrier.
Display Tab
Choose Start Form:
Search form
Begin application with the keyword Search form. This allows you to specify a few letters in a name to find a contact in CallWatch when starting.
Contact Database
Show main contact record form first when starting CallWatch.
Call form
Start with the call/dialing form.
Hint: Use the search form starting setting with a well-established contact database. The Search form permits you to enter a few letters of someone's first, last or business name to retrieve the record immediately.
