Call Rate Data Grid
Grid containing rows of rates for type and time of toll call. Each row in the grid represents a specific rate for a given type of call at a given time of day. The call types are where the call is going, the call time is what time of day or day of the week the call is being placed.
Columns in grid-
Call Type:
Call Type (local, toll, etc).
Call Time:
Call Time (weekday, weekend, etc).
Location:
Rate area grouping ID.
Rate:
Cost in cents per minute for this call type and time. Do not use dollars!
ID:
Company ID, system generated (not administerable)
Note: To add a new rate use the mouse and click on the blank row with the star (*) in the left column and add new data.
Buttons:
New
Add a new, blank Company rate schedule to database. Opens up the rate administration wizard.
Update
Update the form grid and company information.
Delete
Depending on context delete either the selected rate row from grid or delete the entire company record with rates from the database (will prompt for confirmation).
Close
Close this screen and return to main contact form.
