Modem Settings Form
This screen displays the commands that CallWatch uses to control the modem used for dialing phone numbers. CallWatch issues commands in standard Hayes format to instruct the modem to dial numbers and switch to the phone handset. For more information about the Hayes command set see section on Hayes command set or the documentation included with your modem.
Hint: You can use a terminal program such as HyperTerminal (a standard Windows accessory) to verify the modem is installed properly and the commands sent to the modem are correct.
Dial
Code to dial a telephone number. Include any special dial string to prepare the modem for dialing. Default value: ATDT
Talk
Switches the modem to the phone line plugged in the "phone" jack of the modem. Default value ATH0
Hint: Some older modems expect this field to be blank (empty)/
Hang Up
Closes the communications port and ends call. Default value ATH0

Default
Restore the fields to the default values. To save these values press 'OK'
OK
Save the new values and return.
Cancel
Discard changes and return.
