Quick Start

To get DocuClock up and running:

1. Unpack and install the printer attaching the power supply. Attach the cable from the printer to the computer. Note the computer port used.

2. Install the DocuClock program on the computer.

3. Turn the printer on. For detailed instructions on how to user the printer, see Using the DocuClock printer.

4. Start the DocuClock program.

5. Press the "Time Stamp" button.
   

6. You can customize message, time stamp, and print options from the Options menu.
   

Printer Installation

Unpacking

After you unpack the DocuClock printer, make sure you have these items.

· DocuClock Printer, which contains

o Printer

o Printer Ribbon cassette

o Shipping Damper

· Power Supply

· Printer cable

· DocuClock Software (The DocuClock software CD-ROM may be shipped separately.)

If any item is missing or damaged, please contact Beagle Software for assistance.

Removing the Transportation Damper

The printer is protected during shipping by a transportation

damper that must be removed before you turn on the printer.

Pull the damper out and remove the strip of tape from the top of the printer,
