This is an application patch for Beagle Software 
ClockWatch V2.2.0, V2.2.1  or V2.2.2  only.

Installs over:  Version  2.2.0, V2.2.1 or 2.2.2
(Not compatible with V1.0.x, V1.2.x, V1.3.x or V1.4.x, V2.0.x or V2.1.x)

	ClockWatch Basic
	ClockWatch Pro 	
	ClockWatch Server
	ClockWatch Client
	ClockWatch Client 2000

Changes from previous version (specific CW editions affected):  
		
Editions: CWPro and CWServer under Windows XP 
	Added support and options interface for PCI ClockCard

Editions: CWPro and CWServer (Windows NT/2000/XP) 
	Added support and options for BIOS Clock
	Added user interface and options for ClockCard ISA

Editions: CWPro and CWServer (Windows 95/98/Me) 
	ClockCard now called BIOS Clock when ISA clock card is  NOT installed
	

To install patch: install over old version

INSTALLATION
=========================
- To install ClockWatch Application Patch on your hard drive, 
  from the Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP Start Menu, choose 'Run'; type 
	CWPch222.exe
- Follow the instructions on your screen from the installation wizard.
- Installation requires approximately 1200k of free hard disk space,
  if backup files are selected. 


SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
=========================
-ClockWatch version 2.2.0, V2.2.1  or 2.2.2 must be installed previously.
-no additional requirements from ClockWatch 2.2
