AutoEmail for Outlook

With Beagle Software's AutoEmail for Microsoft Outlook you transform your Outlook message store into a sophisticated search engine and broadcast application. AutoEmail profiles all the elements of your existing Outlook configuration and creates a SQL database.  This lets you perform simple fast key word searches for any word or word pattern in any of the Contacts, E-mail, Journal or other items in your current Outlook configuration.

Broadcast Email

• AutoEmail also contains a sophisticated yet easy to use  Email broadcast engine.
• Make lists of people to send an Email  message. Either can contain attachments.
• Press the button and let AutoEmail do the rest. All recipients receive a personally addressed communication - not an endless contact list.
• Save the list for future use.

Search Capabilities

• Find information the way you remember it - not the way the Outlook stores it.
• Do fast and simple keyword searches. Find every instance of "XXX" in any Outlook document.
• Do complex SQL queries that let you use SQL advanced features to do "like" searches, range searches and compound queries. Order the results of the query in whatever way you choose.
