Shipping and Delivery Options
Beagle Software offers several options for product delivery. Software and User Guide download is provided free of charge.Customers purchasing software may opt to purchase a CD and/or user guide. Customers purchasing hardware (i.e. ClockCard, DocuClock, Star Sync GPS) have several delivery options.

- Orders are generally shipped the same day as payment is received. Orders received after 3:00 PM Central Time (US), may be shipped the following business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.
- International delivery is by US Postal Service Airmail or expedited express carrier.
- Beagle Software is not responsible for failure of the courier to delivery the product on time.
