Beagle Software offers a limited return policy
for its products. The following contact information should be used to

Hardware Guarantee
A 30-day money-back guarantee is provided for all products sold
by Beagle Software. You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from
Beagle Software before returning products to us.
Software Guarantee
A 30-day free trial is provided for all software products. All
software is available for Internet download at www.beaglesoft.com. For
customers who cannot download trials and opt to purchase in lieu of
trial, or for customers who have software integrated with their Beagle Software
hardware product, a 30-day money-back guarantee is available. You must obtain
an RMA from Beagle Software within 30 days of product purchase. An agreement to uninstall the software will be provided by Beagle
Software upon notification of intent to return the product. This agreement must be signed and returned
to Beagle Software within 30 days of product purchase. Refunds
will be issued upon receipt of this agreement.
Limited Warranty
All new hardware products sold by Beagle Software carry a one-year Limited Warranty
(90 day for refurbished products). Within one year of purchase (90-days for
refurbished), Beagle Software will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product.
The Limited Warranty is void if the product has be subjected to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse; if any
repairs have been attempted by anyone other than Beagle Software or its authorized agent; or if the failure
is caused by accident, disaster, or other causes beyond the control of Beagle
Software or the manufacturer.
Neglect, misuse and abuse shall include any installation, operation, or maintenance of the product other than
in accordance with the users manual.
No agent, dealer, distributor, service company, or other party is authorized to change, modify, or
extend the terms of this Limited Warranty in any manner whatsoever.
Beagle Software reserves the right to make changes or improvements in any product without incurring any
obligation to similarly alter products previously purchased.
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
To initiate the RMA process contact Beagle Software by phone, fax or email.
Beagle Software will then contact you, confirm the information and issue an RMA. Hardware must be returned to
Beagle Software at the address listed at the top of this page. Put the RMA
number on the shipping label. Returned hardware items must
be received promptly at Beagle Software after the RMA is issued:
- US-based
customers must return the product within 14 days of receiving an RMA.
- Non-US
North American customers must return the product within 21 days of receiving
an RMA.
- Non-North America customers must return the
product within 28 days of receiving an RMA.
Return Procedure
For any Guarantee or Limited Warranty return, first contact Beagle Software to
obtain an RMA.
Please note the following:
- Freight on returned items must be prepaid by the customer, and the customer is
responsible for any loss or damage caused by the courier in transit.
- Returns for Warranty must include documentation of the failure/service issue for
each unit, by serial number(s).
- Include a contact name email address and/or daytime phone number for
Beagle Software to use for
clarification.
- To reduce risk of damage, returns of product must be in the original
packaging or equivalent. Don't place an item in a box without proper
cushioning!
Beagle Software owns all
parts removed from repaired products. Beagle Software uses new and reconditioned parts in performing warranty repairs. If
Beagle Software repairs or replaces a product, its
warranty term is not extended.
Beagle Software will normally return replaced or repaired items via ground
service.
Alternatives to this are available at an additional charge.
Refunds
In order to receive a refund on a product for the purchase price, the product must not have been damaged by
the customer or by the courier chosen by the customer to return the goods. The product must be returned in
complete condition; all cables, manuals, software, manuals, and original
packaging must be included. The product must be in
as-new or re-saleable condition to qualify for refund.
Items not in re-saleable condition, may be charged a restocking fee or returned
to the customer. Refunds are not issued for shipping charges.
Refunds will be processed after the product is received in good (as-new or
re-saleable) condition at Beagle Software.
Restocking Charges
Product items returned after 30 days and before 60 days of purchase will be subject to a minimum 25%
restocking charge. Additional charges may apply for damaged or missing parts.
Products returned after 60 from the date of purchase, or products that are not returned in as-new or
re-saleable condition, do not qualify for refund or credit and will be returned
to the customer.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Beagle Software be liable for any defect in hardware, software, loss or inadequacy of
data of any kind, nor for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential
damages in connection with or arising out of the performance or used of any
product furnished hereunder. Beagle Software liability shall in no event exceed the purchase
price of the product purchased hereunder. The foregoing
limitation of liability shall be equally applicable to any service provided by
Beagle Software or its authorized agent.
