Extended Service Agreement
Beagle Software is now offering an Extended
Service Agreement for new and existing DocuClock
customers. Extended coverage is provided with this package including
hardware, software, and priority technical support.
Purchasing this extended service contract affords you piece of mind, knowing
that your investment will remain fully functional for as long as you are
covered under the service agreement. Helpful software updates ensure that
you have the latest trouble-free code running on your machines.

- Printer and Power Supply
repair/replacements: processed same day, with free next day shipping. If a
printer fails, we can have a replacement in your office the next business day. If
you are out of your initial warranty period this would cost you several
hundred dollars!
- Free ClockWatch updates: Upgrade to the
latest version of the ClockWatch time sync software.
- Free DocuClock software updates: Upgrade
to the latest version of the DocuClock software, included are several bug
fixes and improved functionality. Without the extended service package,
updates can cost up to $165.
- Priority toll-free phone support, with
minimal hold times.

For immediate coverage the extended service
agreement can be purchased on-line. Consumables (printer ribbons) are not
covered in this agreement.
